摘 要:利用信息化手段提升农村小规模学校的教育质量,缩小城乡教育差距已成为我国义务教育均衡发展的聚焦点。从生态学的视角出发,学校的信息化发展既受内部各资源要素的影响,又与外部自然、社会、规范多维环境交互作用,共同构成一套复杂的生态系统。实证调研的结果显示,硬件资源降衰严重、课程资源潜移受阻、师资资源限制效应显著、学校生态位狭窄等问题使小规模学校的信息化发展陷入了生态失衡的困境。因此,政府应出台相应措施从整体上统筹学校的信息化生态要素,理顺学校信息化发展的外部生态关系,促进小规模学校信息化发展生态的动态平衡和协同进化。Using informationization methods to improve education quality of rural small-scale schools and minimize the education gap between rural and urban areas has become one of the focus points of balanced development of Chinese compulsory education.From the aspect of ecology,the informationization development of schools are affected by every internal resource element and interacts with the external multi-dimension environment,including the nature,society,and norms.All these items constitute a complex ecosystem.The field research results show that a series of problems,such as deteriorating hardware devices,blocked class resource migration,limitations caused by the faculty structure,and narrow niche of the schools,put the informationization development of rural small-scale schools in an unbalanced ecosystem situation.To resolve this problem,the government implements corresponding measures to manage the informationization ecology elements of the schools in an overall manner and organize the external ecology relationships to promote the dynamic balance and coordinated evolution of rural small-scale schools' informationization development ecology.
