摘  要:民国时期乡村师范教育制度的变迁影响深远,不仅推动了乡村师范教育的发展,而且也有力地推动了乡村教育的变革和发展。民国时期乡村师范教育制度变迁的内在逻辑:一是对"仪型他国"的师范教育制度的必要修正;二是义务教育普及的迫切要求;三是对乡土中国文化特质的路径依赖;四是不同权力主体博弈的结果,其对当前我国农村师资的培养及农村教育政策的制定具有重要的借鉴价值。The changes of normal education system in rural area during the period of Republic of China produce a lasting influence.It not only promotes the development of normal education in rural area,but also vigorously propels the reformation and development of rural education.The intrinsic logic of the changes of normal education system in rural area during the period of Republic of China:First,normal education system in"the model of other countries"should be revised;Second,universal compulsory education is actively demanded;Third,the dependence on the route of Chinese local literary features;Fourth,the result of competition among different subjects of power.Those are full of important referential value for cultivation of teachers in rural areas and policy making of rural education in today's China.
