逍遥散联合心理干预治疗失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态随机平行对照研究  

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study on The Treatment of Insomnia with Anxiety and Depression with Modified Ease Powder combined with Psychological Intervention

摘　　要：[目的]观察逍遥散联合心理干预治疗失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例住院患者按抽签法简单随机分为两组。对照组32例艾司唑仑1~2mg/次,1次/d,睡前服用。治疗组32例逍遥散（茯苓、柴胡、白芍炒、郁金、合欢皮、远志各10g,甘草~炙5g,当归9g,酸枣仁、珍珠母各20g,夜交藤30g;痰热内扰加陈皮9g,瓜蒌、竹茹、枳实、黄芩各10g）;1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚温服。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、不良反应。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效10例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。对照组痊愈11例,显效8例,有效3例,无效10例,总有效率68.75%。焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表两组均有改善（P〈0.05）,治疗组改善优于对照组（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。[结论]逍遥散联合心理干预治疗失眠伴焦虑抑郁状态,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of modified ease powder combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety and depression.[Methods]64 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method of random parallel control.32 cases of the control group estazolam 1 ~ 2mg/ times,1 times /d,bedtime.Treatment group of 32 cases of Jiawei Xiaoyao Powder（tuckahoe,Radix Bupleuri,fried white peony root,turmeric,Albizzia julibrissin,Polygala each 10 g,licorice sunburn 5g,angelica 9g,semen Ziziphi Spinosae,mother of pearl,20 g,30g of tuber fleeceflower stem;phlegm heat disturbance and tangerine peel 9g,Trichosanthes,bamboo shavings,Fructus aurantii Immaturus and Radix Scutellariae each 10g）;daily 1 agent,water frying 400 ml,morning and evening clothes.Continuous treatment for 1 months for the 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,self rating anxiety scale,self rating depression scale,adverse reaction.Results in the treatment group,15 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,1 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.88%.In the control group,11 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,10 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 68.75%.Self rating Anxiety Scale and self rating depression scale two groups were improved（P〈0.05）,the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]Xiaoyao powder combined psychological intervention treatment of insomnia with anxiety depression,satisfactory curative effect,no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
