中医药治疗急性白血病简况

摘　　要：急性白血病根据临床表现和特征,可辨为"急劳""血证""癥瘕""瘰疬"等范畴,范围广泛,具体病因不明,多数认为先有邪毒内伏,导致正气虚损,邪毒亢盛,累及脏腑骨髓而发病。邪气盛则实为本质,精气夺而虚为发展结果。根据不同患者、不同阶段主要辨为热毒炽盛、气血两虚、气阴亏虚、脾肾阳虚等,随证加减处方,或专方专药,保元抗白方、参芪十一味颗粒、黄连解毒汤加味、青黄散等。由于目前研究大多只停留在临床观察、回顾性总结等初级阶段,前瞻性研究不多,部分临床资料缺乏对照,未来研究应进行药物筛选、有效成分分析及剂型改革等更深层次研究。According to the clinical manifestations and characteristics of the acute leukemia,distinguishable as ＂acute tuberculosis＂ ＂blood syndrome＂ ＂abdominal mass＂ ＂scrofula＂ categories,with a wide range and the cause is unknown,the most person think of the first is evil poison,resulting in the vital qi is deficient,excessive heat,involving the zangfu-organ and bone marrow disease.Evil is actually essence,essence and deficiency for the development of the results.According to different patients and stages,it main cause for excessive heat and toxin,qi-blood deficiency,deficiency of qi and yin,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,etc.and accord the symptoms add and subtract prescriptions,or specially designed medicine,bao yuan against belarus,ginseng and astragalus ten blindly particles,huanglian jiedu tang taste,greenish yellow powder,etc.Since at present most studies only stay in clinical observation,the reviewed such as the primary stage,few prospective studies,part of the clinical data of a lack of control,drug screening,effective component analysis should be done for future research and dosage form reform deeper research.
