摘　　要：痰瘀互结型冠心病动物模型建立常用动物为大鼠、小型猪,各有利弊,大鼠与人显著差异,从动物实验结论推广到人体存在一定的局限,小型猪使实验成本提高,不利于大规模实验,期待集两者之优点转基因动物出现;造模方法为两步三个方法,高脂饲料喂养、冠脉损伤(冠状动脉结扎、微创介入);模型检测指标包括体重、生化指标(血脂、血浆同型半胱氨酸-Hcy、肿瘤坏死因子、心肌标记物、炎症相关因子)、血液流变学、冠脉造影等,从最直观的体重改变、客观的实验室检查及最有价值的影像学方面综合判断,不受主观影响,可明显提高判断指标准确性及可靠性,对实验的可重复性有一定的帮助。短时间疾病动物模型与人长时间积累所发现的中医疾病的证候仍有较大区别,制备病证结合的动物模型及大致相似的客观量化指标也是实验研究的重点。Phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction of coronary heart disease animal model commonly used animals for rats and miniature pigs,each have advantages and disadvantages.Significant difference between the rat and human,from animal experiment conclusion to the human body has certain limitations,miniature pigs make experimental costs improved,and not conducive to large-scale experiment,expecting the transgenic animals which has advantages of both the rat and miniature pigs appear;Building method of two-step three kinds method,high fat diet,coronary artery lesions（coronary artery ligation,minimally invasive interventional）.Model checking indicators include body weight,biochemical indicators（blood lipids,blood plasma homocysteine- Hcy,tumor necrosis factor,cardiac markers,inflammation-related factors）,blood rheology,coronary angiography,etc.From the most intuitive weight change,objective laboratory tests and the most valuable imaging aspects to comprehensive judgment,free from subjective influence,can obviously improve the accuracy and reliability of indicators to judge the experimental reproducibility have some help.Short-term disease in animal models and human disease long accumulation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes still has bigger differences,preparation of animal models combined disease and syndrome,roughly similar objective quantitative indicators are also experimental research focus.
