摘 要:对于高度近视长眼轴白内障眼,用目前的人工晶状体计算公式,术后真实屈光度和计算预留屈光度之间相差较大,经常出现术后远视.采用优化人工晶状体常数、优化眼轴,以及使用新一代人工晶状体计算公式(Holladay Ⅱ、Olsen和Barrett Universay Ⅱ)提高了长眼轴白内障眼术后预留屈光度的准确性,取得了较好的术后屈光效果.For long axial (high myopia) cataract eyes, the difference between real refraction and calculated refraction by commonly used formulas is relatively large, frequently leading to a postoperative hyperopia. Several solutions have been suggested to address this problem, including using the specific IOL' s constants for long axial eyes, adjusting the axial lengths (ALs), and using new-generation formulas such as Holladay II, Olsen, and Barrett Universal If. These solutions have been reported to be superior to the standard formulas in terms of accuracy used in highly myopic eyes.
