孕早期超声与孕中期母血清标记物联合筛查唐氏综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨孕早期超声与孕中期母血清标记物联合筛查唐氏综合征的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析2011年-2013年我院妇产科接收的5000例妊娠孕妇的临床资料。结果：5000例孕妇中，68例孕妇孕早期B超检出NT高危，达到了13．1％的阳性率；162例孕妇孕中期母体血清检测DS高危，达到了5．56％的阳性率。有37例为神经管缺陷高危，7例为21-三体综合症，5例为心脏畸形，2例为多发畸形，4例为其他异常。结论：孕早期超声与孕中期母血清标记物联合筛查唐氏综合征能够有效扩大筛查面，在产前筛查中效果良好。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of first trimester ultrasound combines with trimester maternal serum markers in the screening of Down Syndrome. Methods ： The clinical data of 5000 cases of pregnant women from 2011 - 2013 in Obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results ： Anong the 5000 cases of pregnant women, 68 cases pregnant women＇ s B-trimester NT detection were at high risk, the positive rate reached 13.1%; 162 cases in the second trimester maternal serum DS detection were at risk, the positive rate was 5.56%. 37 cases were in high-risk for neural tube defects, 7 cases 21 -trisomy syndrome, 5 cases cardiac malformation, 2 cases multiple malformations, 4 cases other abnormalities. Conclusions ： Early gestation ultrasound combines with mid gestation mothers＇ serum markers can effectively expand the screening surface in the screening of Down Syndrome, it has good effect in prenatal screening.
