摘　　要：基本技能是士官高职学员装备操作、维护保障等专业技能训练的基础,是其技能培养过程中非常重要的实践环节。以能力本位教育思想作为理论指导,从部队岗位任职和士兵职业技能鉴定需要出发,对合理设置实训内容、实施实训条件建设、正确选择实训方法以及建立评价标准等问题进行了研究,探索了士官高职层次的维护保障基本技能实训式教学模式并进行了应用实践。The basic skills are the basis of the equipment operation and maintenance of professional skills,which is very important in the process of skill training. Starting from the need of post and the occupation skill appraisal,we study the maintenance management of basic skills and practice the practical teaching mode from four aspects of setting reasonable contents,the construction of the practical conditions,the correct training methods and establishing evaluation criteria with the guidance of the competency based education.
