摘　　要：生物实验耗材种类多、数目广,而建立实验耗材数据库是进行实验耗材管理的基础,是达到零库存管理的有效途径,是教学、科研顺利进行的基本保证。首先以各门必修课为基础,建立一级子数据库;然后以各实验分室为单位建立二级子数据库;最终以实验中心为单位建立实验耗材总数据库。我们的最终目的是耗材数据库可以与采购公司的数据库联网,利用网上平台进行交易结算,通过物流公司进行配送,最终实现实验耗材的电子化零库存管理。Biological experiment consumables have many kinds and wide number. Established laboratory supplies database is the basis for laboratory supplies management and the effective way to achieve zero inventory management. That is also the basic guarantee of teaching and research. Firstly,all required courses for the foundation to establish a sub-database. Secondly,take every laboratory as unit to establish two sub-units of the database. Finally,take experiment center as general unit to build laboratory supplies total database. Our ultimate purpose is that the consumables database can network with the database of purchasing company. We make use of online platforms to settle transactions. We delivery laboratory supplies through the logistics company,and laboratory ultimately supplies electronic inventory management.
