摘  要:以华东师范大学化学系基础教学实验室大型精密仪器(大精仪器)的管理为例,针对目前基础教学实验室存在的管理人员积极性不高、大精仪器利用率低、维修滞后等现状,提出了采取集中管理、竞争上岗、劳酬结合、优胜劣汰等改进措施,以便充分发挥基础教学实验室大精仪器的双重功效,为学校的教学科研工作顺利、优质、高效开展提供必要保障。Taking the large precision instruments of basic teaching laboratory in department of chemistry of East China Normal University as an example,the current situation of management of large precision instruments in basic teaching laboratory mainly concentrated in low utilized efficiency of large instruments,lack of positivity of managers and lag of instrument reparation. Some constructive measures such as centralized management,obtaining the position through competition,and distribution according to work for management of large precision instruments of basic teaching laboratory in colleges and universities were raised in detail to promote the survival of the fittest,which can fully play the dual effects of large precision instruments of basic teaching laboratory and provide high-class service for teaching and scientific research work in colleges and universities.
