摘 要:根据液氮的蒸汽膜绝热原理,在液氮传输装置的始端位置高压喷涂吸热涂层材料,使先接触管内壁的液氮立即汽化,紧贴管内壁,产生氮蒸汽膜,这样加快了整个过程中的液氮传输速度,减少了中途耗损。通过在实验室核磁共振谱仪液氮加注的应用,表明了该装置与传统的高真空不锈钢液氮波纹管或铜管相比,有着制造简单、使用灵活和成本低廉的优点,而且管连接处无液氮滴漏现象。According to the vapor film adiabatic principle of liquid nitrogen,liquid nitrogen transmission device spraying high-pressure endothermic coating material at the beginning position,to steaming the liquid nitrogen at first contact in the inner wall of the pipe immediately,then the nitrogen vapor film produced at closed pipe,it was speeded up the transmission of the whole process of liquid nitrogen,reduced the loss of midway. Through the application in the laboratory of nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer by filling liquid nitrogen,it was showed advantages of simple manufacturing,flexible and lower costed,compared with the traditional device of high vacuum stainless steel liquid nitrogen bellows or brass,and the connecting position without liquid nitrogen drip phenomenon.
