初三学生心理健康状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了解初三学生心理健康特点,分析初三毕业班学生心理焦虑特点及相关影响因素,我们采用《心理健康诊断测验》对上海某初中362名初三毕业班学生进行调查。结果发现,1.1%的学生存在明显心理健康问题,但无性别差异。影响心理健康的相关因素中,总体性别差异不显著,但女生的自责倾向检出率显著高于男生。体重指数（BMI）及学习成绩对学生心理健康具有重要影响,肥胖和超重组学生较正常组学生心理异常检出率显著增高,学习成绩后四分位学生心理异常检出率较高。In order to study psychological character of students in the 9thgrade and analyze factor related to their anxiety,we performed an investigation using＂Psychological and mental diagnostic test＂in 362 students in the 9thgrade in our school.Our results showed that psychological problems were present in 1.1% of the students without gender difference.Regarding factors related to those problems,there were no differences between male and female students generally.However,female students had higher proportion of self-accusation.In our students,body mass index（BMI）and studying score had effects on psychological status of the students.Higher percentage of psychological problems were found in students with obesity and overweight.Students with study score ranking last quartile had higher percentage of psychological problems.
