摘　　要：举办学生技能竞赛是高职院校教育工作的一项重大制度设计,也是人才培养的重要途径。高职院校应构建竞赛体系、搭建竞赛平台、创新竞赛管理,实施目标考核,使学生技能竞赛工作常态化,才能实现以赛促教学、以赛促改革、以赛促发展目标,推进学校教育教学内涵发展。Holding Students＇ skill contests is a significant system design in higher vocational education work,it is also an important way of talent training.Higher vocational colleges should build a competition system,establish the platform competition and implement objective appraisal to normalize the skills competition,to achieve the goals of promoting teaching,reform and development through competition,and to promote the development of the school education.
