摘　　要：文章将公共艺术实践中公众交流语境的营造、设计与实现置于网络空间文本中加以讨论,研究利用网络技术如何促进城市公共艺术实践中信息沟通和公众参与的问题。并以此为逻辑起点,探讨网络环境下公共艺术交流平台的构建方式。通过对"互联网+公共艺术"新范式的探索,勾勒出一幅较为完整的公共艺术信息交流互动技术框架图。This paper tackles how to construct,design and implement the public communication context for public art in cyber space texts as well as how to improve information communication and public participation in the practice of urban public art.With this as a logical starting point,it attempts to construct a public art exchange platform in the network environment.By establishing the new paradigm of＂Internet ＋ public art,＂a relatively complete technical framework for the exchange of public art information is sketched.
