摘　　要：目的:探讨化疗标识系统在肿瘤相关临床科室化疗患者风险管理中的应用。方法:采用化疗评估系统对静脉输液途径化疗患者进行风险识别、评估,将化疗药品使用各环节进行标识,对护士进行系统化疗知识培训,比较使用化疗标识系统前、后化疗用药不良事件及护士相关知识掌握情况。结果:与实施化疗标识系统管理前相比,摆药错误、药物外溢发生率下降(P<0.05),护士对化疗适应证、药物不良反应及作用机制知晓率提高(P<0.05)。结论:化疗标识系统的使用可提高护士化疗风险意识,降低化疗用药不良事件发生率。Objective：To explore the application of chemotherapy marking system in risk management of patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy.Methods：The risk recognition and evaluation were carried out in patients with venous transfusion using chemotherapy evaluation system.The various links of the chemotherapy drugs use were marked.The nurses were trained to master the systemic chemotherapy knowledge.The harmful event and the relative knowledge of nurses before and after using chemotherapy marking system were compared.Results：Comparing with the implementation of chemotherapy marking system before,the mistake of holding medicine and the medicine overflow rate showed the statistic significance（P〈0.05）.The awareness rate of the indication of chemotherapy,the drug harmful reaction and the function mechanism improved in nurses（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The Application of chemotherapy marking system can improve the awareness of nurses for chemotherapy risk,reduces the occurrences rate of harmful events of chemotherapy.
