摘  要:研究弹性蛋白及基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP~9)在不同年龄组眼袋脂肪及眶隔组织的表达,观察眼袋的退行性改变。选择行眼袋抚乎术的患者40例,按不同年龄阶段分为3组(20岁~40岁,40岁~60岁,60岁及以上),将行眼袋矫正手术去除的眶脂肪冰冻保存,部分眶隔组织蜡块包埋,分别应用酶联免疫吸附法及免疫组化检查弹性蛋白及基质金属蛋白酶表达及含量。结果,眶脂肪组织弹性蛋白含量随年龄增长呈下降趋势,而MMP-9含量随年龄增长呈上升趋势;Elastin和MMP-9均有表达,阳性反应物呈深棕色及浅棕色,主要表达于细胞膜,部分表达于细胞浆,每1000个细胞阳性表达数Elastin随年龄增长呈下降趋势,MMP-9随年龄增长呈上升趋势。随年龄增长眶膈组织呈退行性改变,不同年龄阶段眼袋应行不同的手术方式。Througb the study of the elastic protein (Elastin) and matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) expression in the baggy eyes of different age groups and to observe the degenerative changes of the eyes. 40 cases were randomly selected by our department in the past two years from pouch operation, and they were divided into three groups to.. aged 20 to 40 years, aged 40 to 60, and above 60, the pouch operation of orbital fat frozen preservation, part of the orbital septum tissue paraffin, respectively by ELISA and immunohistocbemical examination of elastin expression and content. The content of Elastin in orbital adipose tissues in the pouch decreased with age, while the content of MMP-9 increased with age; Elastin and MMP-9 expressed in the positive reaction, dark brown and light brown, mainly expressed in the cell membrane, partially expressed in cytoplasm each of the 1000 cells, the positive expression of Elastin decreased with age, MMP-9 is lower than that increased with age in pouch group. The orbital tissues was degenerative changes with age, and different surgical methods were performed at different ages.
