摘　　要：随着医疗科学技术的发展,肿瘤患者生存期不断延长,大量患者的随访与管理是当前临床医疗中面临的重要问题。在当前"生物心理社会"的医学模式下,以患者为中心的"全人"照护成为医疗照护的理念。上海新华医院崇明分院丁罡教授团队通过11年探索,在崇明地区初步建立了集"预防、诊断、治疗、护理、随访和康复"六位一体的区域性肿瘤防治体系,特别是在癌痛等症状管理方面,本研究团队借助于互联网技术及智能手机平台,初步实现了在住院、转诊、出院各阶段的无缝隙癌痛管理,有效提高了肿瘤患者的生活质量,探索出对于中国肿瘤患者的疼痛管理新模式。With the development of medical science and technology, the survival of cancer patients continues to extend. There are a large number of patients who need to follow-up and manage, which is an important clinical problem currently we are facing. Based on the current medical model ＂Bio-Medical-Psychology＂, ＂whole person＂ care which focused on the patient＇s inner needs has become the health care concept. Professor Ding Gang team which is from Shanghai Xinhua Hospital Chongming Branch has initially estahlished a set of ＂ prevention, diagnosis, treatment, care, follow-up and rehabilitation＂ of six regional cancer prevention and control system through 11 years of exploration, and especially in the management of pain and other symptoms. Our research team try to manage pain symptoms as a starting point via the Internet and smart phone technology platform, and we have already initially realized the patient-centered seamless management of cancer pain both in hospital and out of the hospital, and through this management model, we can improve patients quality, and to explore a new model of pain management in Chinese cancer patients.
