麻子仁汤联合乳果糖治疗肠道燥热型便秘型肠易激综合征随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察麻子仁汤联合乳果糖治疗肠道燥热型便秘型肠易激综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按就诊顺序号法简单随机分为两组。对照组30例乳果糖,10m L/次,3次/d。治疗组30例麻子仁丸汤(火麻仁30g,杏仁、白芍各10g,大黄后下6g,厚朴10g,枳实20g),1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服,200m L/次;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、症状积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈5例,显效13例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈2例,显效7例,有效13例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。症状积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]麻子仁汤联合乳果糖治疗肠道燥热型便秘型肠易激综合征疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective]To observe the Mazirentang combined with lactulose treatment of intestinal hot constipationpredominant irritable bowel syndrome.[Methods]Randomized parallel controlled method,60 cases of outpatient treatment order number method is simple and randomly divided into two groups.Lactulose control group of 30 patients,10 m L/time,3 times/d.The treatment group 30 cases pock Ren Wansoup（hemp seed 30 g,almond,white peony root 10 g,rhubarb 6g,Magnolia 10 g,citrus aurantium 20g）,1 ji/d,decoction 400 m L,sooner or later,oral,200 m L/times.Western medicine with the control group.28 d for a course of continuous treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms,symptom scores,adverse reactions.One course of treatment,to determine efficacy.[Results]The cure five cases,effective in 13 cases,10 cases,2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.33%.Recovered two cases in the control group,7 cases were markedly effective in 13 cases,8 cases,the total efficiency of 73.33%.Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）.Symptom scores improved in both groups（P0.01）,the treatment group than the control group improved（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Asako Ren Tang combined with lactulose treatment of intestinal syndrome hot constipation-predominant irritable bowel satisfaction,no serious adverse reactions,it is worth promoting.
