膨胀期白内障继发青光眼两种手术治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨膨胀期白内障继发青光眼的治疗方法.方法：对30 例膨胀期白内障继发青光眼患者（30 只眼）,根据房角开放程度、高眼压持续时间,给予小切口白内障囊外摘除联＋人工晶状体植入加小梁切除术或者单纯小切口白内障囊外摘除＋人工晶状体植入术治疗.结果：两种手术治疗方式均能够在很大程度上提升患者的视力,房角开放程度明显改善,眼压控制到位.结论：膨胀期白内障患者在应当首选人工晶体置入与单纯晶体摘除,当房角粘连范围超过50%,高眼压时间过长时,应当给予一期青光眼白内障联合手术.Objective: to study the expansion phase of the treatment of cataract secondary glaucoma. Methods: 30 cases expansion period(30 eyes) of cataract secondary glaucoma patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, based on openness, high intraocular pressure duration, corner to give small incision cataract extracapsular extraction + artificial lens implantation and trabeculectomy or simple small incision cataract extracapsular extraction treatment + intraocular lens(iol) implantation. Results: two surgical treatment can largely improve the patient's vision, openness, corner intraocular pressure control in place. Conclusion: the expansion period of cataract patients in the clinical treatment should be the preferred artificial crystal placement and pure lens, when the corner adhesion range by more than 50%, high intraocular pressure when the time is too long, should be given a period of cataract combined surgery for glaucoma.
