探讨小切口白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术白内障合并高度近视的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并高度近视的临床效果.方法：选取白内障合并高度近视患者70 例（98 眼）,均采用小切口白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术治疗,现探讨其临床疗效.结果：手术时间为（25.72±6.37）min;随访95.9%视力恢复超过0.2,70.4%超过0.5,其中97.1%眼轴不超过29mm;术后并发症发生率为14.3%.结论：小切口白内障摘除及人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并高度近视疗效明显,可明显恢复与改善视力,并发症少且轻微,安全性高,值得推广.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation for cataract with high myopia. Methods:70 cases(98 eyes) of cataract with high myopia were treated with small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, and the clinical effects were discussed. Results:the operation time was(25.72 + 6.37) min, and the follow-up of 95.9% was more than 0.2, 70.4% of 0.5, 97.1% of which were not more than 29 mm, and the postoperative complication rate was 14.3%. Conclusion:the clinical effect of small incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in cataract patients with high myopia is obvious, but it can obviously recover and improve vision, and the complications are few and mild, and the safety is high, it is worth promoting.
