力尔凡联合DCF方案治疗胃癌术后患者辅助作用临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察力尔凡对术后胃癌DCF 方案辅助治疗的临床价值.方法：将手术后经病理证实分期为Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的胃癌患者随机分为力尔凡联合DCF 方案组（研究组）20 例及单纯DFC 方案组（对照组）20 例.结果：研究组白细胞减少、消化道反应及乏力的发生率显著少于对照组（P〈0.05）,生活质量提高率也显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：力尔凡能减少DFC 方案化疗毒副作用,提高患者生活质量,增加患者化疗耐受性.Objective:To observe and compare the efficacy of Lifein in combination with DCF regimen(docetaxel+cisplatin+fluorouracil)and DCF regimen in the adjuvant chemotherapy of patients with postoperative gastric cancer. Methods:40 patients with postoperativeⅡ-Ⅲstage gastric cancer diagnosed pathologically were divided into Lifein in combination with DCF regimen group(study group)20 cases and DCF regimen group(control group)20 cases.Result:gastrointestinal and anergy between the two groups wassignificant(P<0.05).tolerance to chemotherapy and improvepatients' quality of life.
