AQP8和MCM3在子宫内膜癌中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探究AQP8 和MCM3 在子宫内膜癌中表达的临床意义.方法：选取正常子宫内膜组织36 例,子宫内膜样腺癌组织63 例.采用分析免疫组化分析AQP8 及MCM3 结果.结果：子宫内膜样癌中AQP8 及MCM3 的阳性表达率明显高于正常子宫内膜组（P〈0.05）;AQP8的阳性表达率在病理分期Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期及组织学分级G2 ＋ G3 中高表达（P〈0.05）;而MCM3 的阳性表达率在组织学分级G2 ＋ G3 及肌层浸润深度〉1/2 中高表达（P〈0.05）结论：AQP8 和MCM3 在子宫内膜癌中高度表达,与肿瘤分期,分化以及浸润深度密切相关,考虑可以作为一组新的免疫组化组合,对于患者预后评估意义十分重大.Objective:Explore AQP8 and MCM3 expressed in endometrial cancer clinical significance Methods:This study selected between January 2013- January 2015 to our hospital for treatment of patients with surgically resected specimens were studied, including 36 cases of normal endometrium tissues, 63 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma tissue sample. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of AQP8 and MCM3. Results:The positive expression rate of AQP8 and MCM 3 in Endometrial carcinoma was obviously higher than normal endometrium tissues(P < 0.05); Positive expression rate of AQP8 was higher in stages(Ⅲ+Ⅳ) and histological grade(G2 + G3)with significant difference(P < 0.05); Positive expression rate of MCM 3was higher in histological grade(G2 + G3) and invasion of more than 1/2 of the depth in the myometrium with significant difference(P < 0.05);conclusion:AQP8 and MCM3 was highly expressed in endometrial carcinoma, and was closely related to the tumor stage, histological grade and invasion depth。AQP8 and MCM3 maybe a new immunohistochemical combination, as a valuable prognosis predictor.
