摘　　要：目的观察前列腺癌(PCa)组织中ERG蛋白的表达变化并探讨意义。方法选择144例PCa和100例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者,取其前列腺组织,采用免疫组化Max Vision法检测ERG蛋白,并分析其与相关临床病理特征的关系。结果 PCa及BPH组织中ERG蛋白的阳性表达率分别为25.0%和0,两者比较,P<0.01;PCa组织中ERG蛋白表达与患者的年龄、术前前列腺特异性抗原值及远处转移无关(P均>0.05),与Gleason评分呈负相关(r=-0.175,P<0.05),Gleason评分≤7分组ERG蛋白表达率高于Gleason评分>7分组(P<0.05)。结论PCa患者前列腺癌组织中ERG蛋白表达升高,ERG蛋白的检测可能有助于PCa患者的鉴别诊断及病理分级。Objective To investigate the expression changes and significance of ERG protein in the prostate cancer（ PCa） tissues. Methods The prostate tissues from 144 patients with PCa and 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia（ BPH） were selected. The expression of ERG protein was detected by immunohistochemical Max Vision method,and their relationships with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of ERG protein in the PCa and BPH tissues were 25. 0% and 0,respectively（ P〈0. 01）. The ERG protein expression in the PCa tissues was not related with age of patient,preoperative PSA value and distant metastasis（ all P〉0. 05）,and was negatively correlated with Gleason score（ r =- 0. 175,P〈0. 05）. The ERG protein expression rate in the Gleason score≤7 group was significantly higher than that of the Gleason score〉 7 group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The expression of ERG protein in the prostate cancer tissues of PCa patients is increased,and the ERG protein detection may provide a reference for the differential diagnosis and pathological grading.
