肺癌组织中Kiss-1蛋白的表达变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Kiss-1蛋白在肺癌组织中的表达变化及意义。方法选取肺癌患者60例,其中肺鳞癌3例(鳞癌组)、腺癌27例(腺癌组),另择肺癌同侧距肿瘤边缘5 cm以上的肺泡(25例)(肺泡组)及支气管正常组织(29例)(支管组)。采用免疫组化SP法检测Kiss-1蛋白的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数的关系。结果 Kiss-1蛋白在肺鳞癌和肺腺癌组中的表达均显著低于肺泡组或支气管组(P均<0.01);Kiss-1蛋白表达与肺癌淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关(P均<0.05),与肺癌患者性别、年龄及肿瘤大小、分化程度、组织学类型无明显相关(P均>0.05)。结论 Kiss-1蛋白在肺癌组织中表达降低,其在肺癌的发生和转移过程中发挥抑癌作用。Objective To investigate the expression changes of Kiss-1 protein in the lung cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of Kiss-1 in 60 cases of patients with lung cancer including 33 cases of patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma（ squamous cancer group） and 27 cases of patients with lung adenocarcinoma（ adenocarcinoma group）,25 cases of normal alveolar tissues which were taken from 5 cm above the edge of the lung cancer tissues（ alveolar group） and 29 cases of normal bronchial tissues（ bronchial group） was measured by immunohistochemistry and we analyzed their relationships with the clinical and pathological data. Results The expression of Kiss-1 protein in the squamous carcinoma group and adenocarcinoma group was both significantly lower than that in the alveolar group and bronchial group（ all P〈0. 01）. The expression of Kiss-1 protein of lung cancer was significantly related with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage（ all P〈0. 05）. The expression of Kiss-1 protein of lung cancer was not significantly related with gender,age,tumor size,the degree of differentiation and histological type（ all P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Kiss-1 expression was decreased in the lung cancer tissues,which played a tumor suppressor role in the occurrence and metastasis of lung cancer.
