摘 要:本试验在补充9种晶体氨基酸的极低蛋白(14%)日粮的条件下,研究不同蛋白来源日粮对仔猪生长性能和氮代谢的影响。将36头体重相近(14.62±1.46 kg)的杜×长×大阉公仔猪随机分为4组,分别饲喂蛋白源由豆粕、棉籽粕、豆粕-棉籽粕和鱼粉组成的日粮。结果表明:与豆粕相比,棉籽粕和鱼粉显著降低了末重和平均日增重、增加了饲料增重比(P<0.05),豆粕-棉籽粕组与豆粕组差异均不显著(P>0.05);棉籽粕和鱼粉都显著降低了血清总蛋白含量(P<0.05);棉籽粕和豆粕-棉籽粕显著降低了血清白蛋白的含量(P<0.05);棉籽粕显著增加血清中尿素的含量(P<0.05),而豆粕-棉籽粕显著降低其含量(P<0.05);棉籽粕显著降低粪氮含量(P<0.05);棉籽粕能够显著增加尿氮含量(P<0.05),鱼粉则显著降低其含量(P<0.05);棉籽粕显著降低了氮沉积率(P<0.05),而豆粕-棉籽粕和鱼粉显著增加了氮沉积率(P<0.05)。因此,补充晶体氨基酸后,以棉籽粕-豆粕为蛋白源的极低蛋白日粮能够获得与豆粕相近的生长性能,且氮排放比豆粕降低10.68%。The effects of different protein source diets on growth performance and nitrogen metabolism in piglets were studied in this research under the condition of extremely low protein(14%) diets where 9 crystal amino acids were added.36 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire weaned castrated male piglets with similar body weight(14.62±1.46kg) were allocated to four dietary treatments in a randomized complete block design and fed with diets whose protein source consisted of soybean meal,cottonseed meal,cottonseed-meal-soybean-meal and fishmeal,respectively.The results showed that compared with soybean meal,cottonseed meal and fishmeal decreased final weight and average daily growth and increased feed/growth ration significantly(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference between cottonseed-meal-soybean-meal and soybean meal(P〈0.05).Both cottonseed meal and fishmeal decreased content of total protein in serum(P〈0.05).Cottonseed meal and cottonseed-meal-soybean-meal decreased the content of albumin in serum(P〈0.05).For urea in serum,cottonseed meal increased the content significantly(P〈0.05) while cottonseed-meal-soybean-meal decreased significantly(P〈0.05).Cottonseed meal decreased the content of nitrogen in faeces but increased that in urine significantly(P〈0.05).Fishmeal decreased nitrogen in urine significantly(P〈0.05).Cottonseed meal decreased the rate of nitrogen deposit significantly(P〈0.05) while nitrogen deposit in cottonseed-meal-soybean-meal and fishmeal increased significantly(P〈0.05).In conclusion,the extremely low protein diets using cottonseed meal and soybean meal as protein source could receive the growth performance close to soybean meal and decrease 10.68%nitrogen emission under the condition of adding crystal amino acid.
