摘  要:生物降解是多环芳烃从环境中去除的主要途径,鞘氨醇单胞菌(Sphingomonas sp.)GY2B在实验室的人工环境中对多环芳烃菲有较高的降解效率,考察了鞘氨醇单胞菌GY2B在珠江水体系中对菲的降解特性。结果表明:GY2B对菲能起到很好的降解效果,灭菌珠江水对GY2B降解菲的促进作用明显;在无机盐体系中添加适量未灭菌的天然珠江水(10%)能促进GY2B对菲的降解;但当添加的天然珠江水过多时,对GY2B降解菲有一定的抑制作用。秸秆固定化GY2B菌能有效解除天然珠江水中土著菌对GY2B降解菲的抑制作用,18 h能降解天然珠江水中绝大部分的菲,秸秆固定化菌GY2B能多次重复投加使用并保持较好的降解效果,重复使用6次的平均菲降解率在96%以上,可实际应用于多环芳烃污染水体的治理和修复。Biodegradation is the main way to remove the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) from envi- ronment. Sphingomonas sp. GY2B can effectively degrade PAHs under laboratory conditions. The characterization of biodegradation of phenanthrene was investigated by Sphingomonas sp. GY2B in natural water of Pearl River. The re- suhs showed that GY2B could degrade phenanthrene effectively, the celerate the phenanthrene degradation; the addition of 10% natural sterile water of Pearl River could obviously ac- water of Pear River into the inorganic salt sys- tern could promote the degradation of phenanthrene by GY2B; however, the excessive addition of nature water from Pearl River have some inhibitive effect. Immobilization of GY2B on straw could effectively release the GY2B from inhibition by natural microorganism from Pearl River, almost all the phenanthrene in natural water was degraded by GY2B in 18 h. The straw-immobilized bacteria GY2B could be used repeatedly and had a good degradation effect. The average phenanthrene degradation rate of the six repeatedly 96%, which means this technology is suitable for remediation of PAHs
