摘　　要：俄罗斯教师教育正在从知识范式向能力范式转型。以制定并实施第三代教师教育国家标准为推进路径,以能力本位为理念基础,以培养未来教师的一般文化能力、一般职业能力和特殊职业能力为目标,俄罗斯正在进行新一轮教师教育课程改革。Nowadays, Russian normal education is in the process of transition from knowledge paradigm to com- petency paradigm. The aims are to formulate and implement the third generation national standard for teacher education as the basic manner and to add the competence-based education as the main idea as well as to train future teacher＇ s general culture competency, general professional competency and special professional competency as the foundation of ideas and goals. Russia is aiming to cultivate college student＇ s career abilities in the teacher educational curriculum reform.
