摘 要:针对目前轨交转向架疲劳裂纹的产生及振动加剧的现象,考虑在牵引电机安装时使用弹性橡胶垫进行减振,通过对采用不同电机安装方式的轨交车辆进行实车线路测试,对比分析振动及应力结果,并进行疲劳损伤计算。试验结果表明:安装弹性橡胶垫可以有效降低电机安装部位的应力,减少疲劳损伤;电机在垂向及横向的振动减弱,其到转向架的振动传递率在部分频段内降低。According to the phenomenon of vibration intensifies and fatigue cracks on metro bogie, rubber cushion block was used on installation of traction motor to reduce vibration. Testing on metro of different cushion block (one is rubber, the other is steel) on line. Vibration and stress results were taken comparative analysis and fatigue failure was calculated. The results showed that using rubber cushion block can decrease the stresses on the position of motor installation and the fatigue failure. Meanwhile, vibration of motor on vertical and lateral has decreased and its vibration transmissibility to frame has decreased in some frequency scope.
