摘  要:防止电压源逆变器桥臂直通短路死区时间必不可少,但这将导致电压和电流的畸变即死区效应。分析了逆变器空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse width modulation,SVPWM)控制方案中的死区效应,针对每个控制周期中死区对输出电压矢量的影响,推导出在静止两相坐标系下死区效应电压矢量,并将其补偿矢量作为基本电压矢量项进行使用,在矢量控制阶段完成死区补偿,实现消除死区效应的目的。通过仿真验证了该补偿方法的可行性和有效性。It is necessary to insert a switching delay time to prevent a short circuit in the IGBT driver PWM. It is dead time effect which distorts the output voltage and current. This paper considered dead time effect and analyze the output voltage vector effect of each control cycle dead zone before SVPWM generation. In the stationary two-phase coordinate system, dead time effect voltage vector is deduced, and the compensation voltaga vector of dead time effect wais used as basic voltage vectors. In SVPWM generation phase complete dead-time compensation, the dead time effect is eliminated. Simulation proved that this method is feasible and effective.
