摘　　要：从学习型城市相关因素的协调关系问题入手,综合运用动态大系统的理论与方法,探讨了学习型城市协调发展的大系统控制途径,建立了相应的数学模型。通过在学习型城市建设中运用这些模型,可对学习型城市协调发展的现状及未来进行定量评估、预测与控制,有利于学习型城市的可持续发展,为构建和完善终身教育体系、建设学习型城市服务。Starting from the coordination of the relevant factors of the learning cities, and by comprehensively applying the theory and method of large-scale systems, the control channels of large-scale systems for the coordinate development of the learning cities are discussed, and a series of relevant mathematical models are set up. These models can be applied to estimate, forecast and control quantitatively for the present and the future conditions of the coordinate development of learning cities, promote the sustainable development of the learning cities and serve the construction and improvement of life-long learning system and the construction of the learning cities.
