摘  要:结合β型钛合金丝材的矫直工艺,研制出了张力可稳定控制的用于β型钛合金丝材矫直的在线热矫直机组。此机组通过恒张力恒速度系统、快速均温加热系统和快速循环冷却系统三大模块合理匹配控制,有效解决了β型钛合金丝材在线热张力矫直中存在的两大问题:矫直张力的稳定控制和矫直效率与质量稳定性的提高。此矫直机组的成功研制,不但可满足对β型钛合金丝材的矫直要求,而且对其矫直工艺的进一步改进研究以及对其他金属丝材矫直工艺的研究或者矫直设备的研制均具有一定的借鉴和参考意义。Based on the β-type titanium alloy wire straightening process, the online thermal straightening unit for β-type titanium alloy wire under tension stability control was designed. Through the reasonably matched control of constant tension speed system, fast average temperature heating system and rapid-cycle cooling system, the online thermal straightening unit made two major breakthroughs in the β-type titanium alloy wire thermal tension leveler areas : a wide range of tension stability control and the improvement of the efficiency of straightening as well as the quality stability. This design, not only meets the requirements of the β-type titanium alloy wire straightening, but also provides references for further improvement of the straightening process research and other metal wire straightening process or straightening equipment development.
