摘　　要：以社区为基础的精神卫生服务"单流向"工作模式,因受经济、文化、地域、年龄等因素的影响,导致了精神卫生服务质量、公平与可及性较差。重构社区精神卫生服务框架,并建立"多元流向"的工作模式,既有利于精神卫生服务质量水平的提高,又有助于精神卫生服务的公平性与可及性提升,更有利于我国精神卫生事业的发展。Due to the influence of economy, culture, region, age, etc. , ＂single flow＂ work mode of mental health service for communi- ties leads to low level of mental health service quality, fairness and accessibility. Reconstructing the frame of community mental health service and establishing ＂multi - flow＂ work mode would be beneficial beth for the improvement of mental health service quality level and the promotion of its fairness and accessibility, which is helpful for the development of mental health career in China.
