摘　　要：语言学习具有很强的实践性和应用性特点,各项技能都需要反复训练才能获得。当前的大学英语教学过分重视课堂内语言知识的灌输,而忽略了英语综合运用能力是在语言实践中培养起来的。以技能习得理论为基础,借助多媒体网络测试平台,同时在课堂之外创造多维度的外语学习和训练环境,探讨将语言知识转化为英语实际运用能力的可行性,以促进大学生英语运用能力的提高。Language learning has strong practical characteristics, and training for acquiring skills needs to be repeated. College English teaching put too much emphasis on the teaching of language knowledge in class, ignoring that students＇ practical English proficiency should be developed in practice. Only on the basis of mastering the language knowledge and constantly repeating practice of skills, can students really improve their English. Based on the theory of skill acquisition, this paper discusses the feasibility of using the network test platform to create a multidimensional learning and training environment after class, which could transform knowledge into the prac-tical use of English.
