摘  要:目的评价帕金森病(PD)早期久坐人群骨密度和维生素D状况及相关的临床变量。方法对133例PD患者(Hoehn-Yahr1-2.5级,平均年龄63.7岁,其中男性占63%)使用双能X线吸收法进行骨密度测量,计算T值和Z值。使用单因素线性回归分析探讨影响骨密度的变量,使用线性回归探讨25-OH-维生素D状态与PD患者临床特征的相关性。结果 PD患者中骨质疏松症(10.53%)和骨丢失(42.10%)较为常见。髋骨的平均Z值为0.23,腰椎的平均Z值为0.72。女性、低体质量、低25-OH-维生素D与髋骨和腰椎的骨密度显著相关。PD患者较之对照组含有较低25-OH-维生素D血清水平。结论早期久坐PD患者容易出现骨密度异常,且普遍出现维生素D缺乏;有必要对其进行骨质密度和维生素D相关筛查。Objective To evaluate the bone mineral density(BMD),vitamin D status and related clinical variables in the patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD)among early sedentary populations.Methods 133 PD patients(Hoehn and Yahr stage 1-2.5,mean age 63.7years old,males accounting for 63%)were determined BMD by using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA).T and Z values were calculated.The univariate linear regression analysis was performed to investigate the variables affecting BMD.The correlation between the 25-OH-vitamin D status with the clinical characteristics of PD patients was investigated by using the linear regression analysis.Results Osteoporosis(10.53%)and osteopenia(42.10%)were common in PD patients.Mean Zvalue for the hip was 0.23,and which for the lumbar spine was 0.72.Female,low body weight and low 25-OH-vitamin D were significantly correlated with BMD of the hip and lumbar spine.PD patients had lower 25(OH)D serum levels than the control group.Conclusion The early stage secondary patients with PD are easy to appear an abnormal BMD.Furthermore,generally appear vitamin D deficiency.It is necessary to conduct the BMD and vitamin D related screening.
