摘　　要：高校大学生党员是大学生队伍的中坚力量,大学生党员的教育管理是高校党建工作的重要部分。在不断发展变化的社会形势下,以90后为主体的大学生党员在培养教育过程中存在一些不足之处。如何提高党员质量,从严管理学生党员,成为高校党建工作的一大难题。通过从高校90后大学生党员的现状出发,分析高校学生党员教育管理工作存在的主要问题,深入探究从严管理高校学生党员的必要性,探讨高校学生党员的教育管理制度的创新、从严管理学生党员的长效机制。University student party members are the backbone force of the university students and the education management of university student party members is an important part of University party building work. Under the constantly developing and changing social circumstances, some deficiencies exist in the process of the cultivation and education of university student party members whose main members are the post-90s students. How to improve the quality of party members and strictly manage them have become great problems for party building work： By starting from the present situation of the post-90s student party members, the paper analyzes the main problems existing in the student party members＇ education management work and further explores the necessity of strictly managing student party members. It also discusses the innovation of the university student party members＇ education management system and the long-term mechanism of strictly managing student party members.
