摘　　要：目的探讨SATB1阳性胃癌临床病理特征及其与预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法(IHC)检测60例胃癌及20例正常胃组织中SATB1蛋白表达,分析SATB1表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果 60例胃癌组织SATB1阳性率为53.3%,显著高于正常胃组织的15%(P<0.01);SATB1蛋白在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率与有无淋巴结转移、肿瘤浸润深度和临床TNM分期及是否有远处转移密切相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。SATB1阴性表达患者的中位OS长于阳性表达者(P<0.01)。Cox多因素回归分析显示,SATB1表达状态是预测胃癌患者生存期的独立因素。结论 SATB1在胃癌组织中的表达较正常胃组织显著增高。Objective To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients with SATB1-positive gastric cancer. Methods SATB1 protein expression was detected in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of normal gastric tissue by immunohistochemistry（ IHC） and the correlation between SATB1 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were analyzed. Results Positive rate of SATB1 was 53. 3% in 60 cases of gastric cancer,which was significantly higher than The expression of SATB1 protein in gastric carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than 15% in normal gastric tissues（ P〈0. 01）. The positive rate of SATB1 protein in gastric carcinoma was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis,the depth of invasion,TNM stage and distant metastasis（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The median overall survival（ OS） of patients with the SATB1-negative expression was longer than that of patients with the SATB1-positive expression（ P〈0. 01）. The Cox multivariate analysis results showed that the SATB1 expression was an independent factor for prognosis of gastric cancer patients. Conclusion Expression of SATB1 in gastric cancer is high than that in normal gastric tissues.
