吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价吉非替尼治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2013年1月~2014年12月于我院进行治疗的NSCLC患者140例为研究对象,随机均分为吉非替尼组（n=70）和吉西他滨组（n=70）。吉非替尼组口服吉非替尼250 mg/d,吉西他滨组静脉注射吉西他滨（1 000 mg/m2,第1、8天）;每21 d为一个疗程,共持续4个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果吉非替尼组药效强于吉西他滨组（P〈0.05）;不良反应发生率低于吉西他滨组（P〈0.05）。结论吉非替尼治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效确切,副作用小,患者耐受性好。Objective To investigate the effect and safety of gefitinib in treating non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods 140 cases with NSCLC from January 2013 to December 2014 were divided into gefitinb group and gemcitabine group randomly, the gefitinb group（n=70） was given orally at daily dose of 250 mg, the gemcitabine group（n=70） was given intravenous gemcitabine 1 000 mg/m2 the first and eight day, every 21 days for 1 course of treatment, treatment of four courses. The efficacy and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. Results Compared to the cisplatinum group, the gefitinb group significantly enhanced the efficacy（P〈0. 05） and decreased the rate of adverse reaction（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Gefitinib is effective and tolerable in the treatment for NSCLC patients.
