针灸疗法联合氟西汀治疗抑郁障碍的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针灸治疗联合氟西汀治疗抑郁障碍的临床效果。方法选取80例抑郁障碍患者,随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组40例使用氟西汀治疗,试验组40例在对照组的治疗基础上使用针灸治疗,比较两组患者在治疗前以及治疗后第1、2、3、5周的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分。结果试验组在治疗后第1、2、3、5周的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。讨论针灸疗法联合氟西汀治疗抑郁障碍效果优于单用氟西汀治疗,值得在临床推广。Objective Discuss acupuncture combined effect of fluoxetine in the treatment of depressive disorders. Methods Selected 80 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group 40 patients used of fluoxetine treatment, experimental group 40 patients in the control group on the basis of using acupuncture treatment. Compare two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment 1, 2, 3, 5 weeks of Hamilton depression rating scale. ResultsObservation group after treatment 1, 2, 3, 5 weeks of Hamilton depression rating scale score was better than control group（P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Acupuncture combined fluoxetine to treat depressive disorder effect is better than that of fluoxetine treatment alone, is worth popularizing in clinical.
