摘 要:目的调查研究护士职业生涯规划与管理现状。方法使用护士情况问卷、职业生涯规划量表和职业生涯管理现状表对护士进行调查分析。结果经过调查后发现,所有护士职业生涯规划的总得分为(40.16±3.64)分,低于相关标准。对护士的管理现状进行调查在多个方面发现了问题,为了发挥护士的最大潜能,需要对相关的管理制度进行改革。结论护士职业生涯规划需要不断加强,相关的管理人员需要提供完整的制度,只有这样才能够促进护士自觉地进行职业生涯规划,改变目前管理中存在的问题。Objective Investigation of occupation career planning and management research nurse. Method Using questionnaire, nurse occupation career planning questionnaire and occupation career management status table on the investigation and analysis of nurses. Result After investigation found that, of all the total score for the nurse occupation career planning(40.16±3.64) points lower than the relevant standard. The present management situation of nurses investigation found problems in many aspects. In order to the maximum potential of nurses, need to carry on the reform to the related management system. Conclusion The nurse occupation career planning need to constantly strengthen. The relevant managers need to provide a complete system. Only in this way can the nurses consciousness of occupation career planning and promote, change the existing problems in the management.
