高钉帽磁性附着体在下颌覆盖义齿中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究高钉帽磁性附着体在下颌覆盖义齿中的修复效果。方法选取在沈阳市第七人民医院口腔科就诊的34例下颌牙槽嵴低平患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组采用传统卡环固位的下颌可摘局部义齿修复,试验组使用高钉帽磁性附着体对其进行覆盖义齿修复,随访1年。观察两组患者治疗后满意度以及牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度。结果试验组牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度优于治疗组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组满意度高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高钉帽磁性附着体进行义齿修复试用于牙周情况良好,但是下颌牙槽嵴低平的患者,可以明显提高义齿的舒适性和稳定性以及临床满意度,值得在临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effects of retained removable denture with magnetic attachment of high post cap on atrophic mandibular alveolar ridge. Methods Selection in shenyang the seventh people＇s hospital dental clinic of 34 patients with mandibular alveolar ridge low, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group with traditional card ring, and the retention of mandibular removable partial denture patients using high head of nail magnetic attachment to cover denture, followed up for 1 year. Results Experimental group periodontal pocket depth, height of alveolar bone is better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）, patients＇ satisfaction is higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Magnetic attachment of high post cap could effectively improve the retention and stability of retained removable denture in the patients with atrophic mandibular alveolar ridge.
