摘　　要：《灵枢·五邪》按照邪在肺、肝、脾(胃)、肾、心的顺序,分别论述了邪气侵袭五脏,根据五脏不同生理功能而引发的不同病证表现及针刺治疗。对该篇的学术思想从五脏五行,互藏互用和五邪证治、各有法度两方面进行了归纳和概括。Miraculous Pivot-Five Pathogenic Factors elaborates on how the pathogenic qi invades five viscera following the order of lung,liver,spleen（ stomach）,kidney,and heart,as well as different symptoms of diseases and syndromes related to different physiological functions of five viscera and acupuncture treatment. This article summarizes the academic thinking in this chapter from the following two aspects： integration and harmony of five viscera and five elements; standards of diagnosis and treatment of five pathogenic factors.
