摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定痔速宁片中芦丁与没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用Thermo Acclaim TM 120C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.4mL·L^(-1)磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长为257和273nm;进样量5μL;柱温35℃。结果芦丁与没食子酸的线性范围分别为10.54~105.4μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 9,n=6)和51.075~510.75μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 9,n=6);提取回收率分别为99.2%(RSD=0.7%,n=6)和99.4%(RSD=0.9%,n=6)。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of rutin and galic acid in Zhisuning Tablets.Methods A Thermo Acclaim TM 120C18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4 mL·L^-1 phosphoric acid solution by gradient elution;the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 257 and 273nm.The injection volume was 5μL.The column tempereture was 35 ℃.Results The linear range of rutin was 10.54-105.4μg·mL^-1,（r=0.999 9,n=6）,and galic acid range was 51.075-510.75μg·mL^-1,（r=0.999 9,n=6）.The average recovery of rutin was99.2%,（RSD=0.7%,n=6）,and galic acid was 99.4%,（RSD=0.9%,n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,reliable,accurate,and can be applied to the quality control of the preparation.
