翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植或自体球结膜移植疗效比较  

Comparison of Efficacy of Pterygium Excision with Biological Amniotic Membrane Transplantation or Autologous Conjunctival Transplantation

摘　　要：目的探讨并比较翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植和翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜移植在治疗翼状胬肉中的治疗效果。方法对93例原发性翼状胬肉患者,随机行翼状胬肉切除生物羊膜移植(n=47)或翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜移植(n=46),随访6个月,观察手术治疗效果。结果手术治疗后6个月,翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植组有3只眼(6.3%)复发,翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜移植组有2只眼(4.3%)复发。两组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植或翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜移植手术均能有效地治疗翼状胬肉,两者有着相似的复发率。Objective To compare the efficacy of pterygium resection combined with biotic amniotic membrane transplantation versus pterygium resection combined with autologous bulbar conjunctiva transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods A total of 93 cases（ 93 eyes） were randomly assigned to receive pterygium resection combined with biotic amniotic membrane transplan- tation（ n = 47） or pterygium resection combined with autologous bulbar conjunctiva transplantation（ n = 46）. Follow up for 6 months,the effect of surgical treatment was observed. Results Six months after surgery,in the biotic amniotic membrane tr- ansplantation group,3 eyes（ 6. 3%） had recurrent pterygium,while in the autologous bulbar conjunctiva transplantation group,2 eyes showed recurrence（ 4. 3%,P 〉0. 05）. Conclusions Both of the biotic amniotic membrane transplantation and autologous bulbar conjunctiva transplantation are effective in the treatment of pt- erygium. They have similar recurrence rates.
