生血宝合剂治疗癌因性疲乏的临床研究

摘　　要：目的评价生血宝合剂治疗癌因性疲乏的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。两组相同病种肿瘤采用相同的化疗方案,观察组在化疗后给予生血宝合剂治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后疲乏状况、化疗毒副反应和生活质量的变化情况。结果两组疲乏状况比较,观察组疲乏状况有明显改善,对照组无变化,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组生活质量的比较,观察组的KPS评分与对照组相比有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论生血宝合剂具有提高机体免疫能力,改善患者全身症状及疲乏状况,提高生存质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Shengxuebao mixture on cancer related fatigue.Methods Sixty cases of patients were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,30 cases in each group. The same kinds of diseases tumor were treated with the same chemotherapy,the treatment group was treated with Shengxuebao mixture after chemotherapy. To observe the changes of fatigue conditions,the adverse reactions and the quality of life of two groups before and after treatment. Results Compare the fatigue conditions of the two groups,the fatigue conditions of the observation group significantly reduced,the control group had no change,the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The difference of adverse reactions of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Compare the quality of life of the two groups,the KPS score of the observation group was significantly improved than the control group（ P〈 0. 05）.Conclusions Shengxuebao mixture can improve the immune function,improve symptoms and fatigue of patients,improve life quality,and prolong survival period.
