精氨酸强化肠外营养对结直肠癌患者免疫功能影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的综合分析并科学探究精氨酸强化(Arginine improved)肠外营养对结直肠癌患者免疫功能影响的Meta(荟萃)分析研究,为治疗结直肠癌患者的相关疾病提供重要的数据参考。方法在2015年1—10月,选择83例在本院因为患有结直肠癌接受精氨酸强化肠外营养的临床患者资料。采用计算机的检索方法来检测中国期刊的全文数据库(CNKI),维普数据库(VIP database),万方数据库(wanfang database)以及博士论文数据库(Doctoral dissertation database)关于精氨酸强化肠外营养对结直肠癌患者免疫功能影响的Meta(荟萃)分析。随机对照精氨酸强化肠外营养对结直肠癌患者免疫功能影响的文章实验影响。结果总共纳入10篇文献,10篇文献均针对精氨酸强化肠外营养进行相关对照研究。荟萃分析结果显示,在接受两周之后的治疗精氨酸强化肠外营养的治疗方式对直肠癌患者免疫功能的相关影响,观察组的免疫调节指标CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+水平比对照组的免疫调节指标CD4+以及CD4+/CD8+水平更低,两组数据比较有较大差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精氨酸强化肠外营养对于结直肠癌患者具有免疫功能的调节作用,在结直肠癌患者的临床实践中有着重要的研究指导意义,值得广泛推广。Objective To study the effect of Meta（ improved） on the immune function of patients with colorectal cancer（ Arginine）. Methods In January 2015 October 2015,83 patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were selected for the treatment of patients with colorectal cancer. Adopt computer retrieval method to detect the China journal full text database（ CNKI）,VIP（ VIP database） database,Wanfang database（ Wanfang database） and doctoral dissertation database（ doctoral dissertation database of arginine enriched enteral nutrition on colorectal cancer patient immunity function influence meta（ meta） analysis. Effect of random control arginine on immune function in patients with colorectal cancer. Results A total of 10 articles were included,and 10 literatures were included in the study of the related control of arginine enhanced parenteral nutrition. Meta analysis results showed that,after receiving two weeks of treatment,the therapeutic effect of arginine on the immune function of patients with rectal cancer,the immune regulation index CD4-＋ and / CD8-＋ CD4-＋ level in the patients with rectal cancer were lower than those in control group（ CD4-＋）,and the data of the 2 groups were significantly different,with statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Arginine enhanced parenteral nutrition plays a significant role in the regulation of immune function in patients with colorectal cancer,and has important significance in clinical practice.
