利培酮、帕利哌酮与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性研究

摘　　要：目的研究利培酮、帕利哌酮与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效与安全性。方法 2014年1月至2015年6月在本院精神科住院的300例精神分裂症患者,随机分为利培酮组、帕利哌酮组、齐拉西酮组,分别给予利培酮2-6 mg·d-（-1）,平均（3.4±1.5）mg·d-（-1）、帕利哌酮3-12 mg·d-（-1）,平均（7.6±3.5）mg·d-（-1）、齐拉西酮60-160 mg·d-（-1）,平均（102.4±44.7）mg·d-（-1）治疗8周。于分组前及治疗后4周和8周用评估阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）、不良反应量表（TESS）以评定疗效和不良反应,评估社会功能量表（PSP）以评定患者的社会功能。结果利培酮组总有效率为68.0%,帕利哌酮组总有效率为66.7%,齐拉西酮组总有效率为69.3%,三组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;三组患者CGI评分及PSP评分均显著增加（P〈0.05）。结论利培酮、帕利哌酮与齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效相当,不良反应特点不同。Objective To observe antipsychotic efficacy and safety of three kinds of drugs to patients with schizophrenia. Methods Participants included 300 patients with schizophrenia,accepted risperidone（ 2 -6mg·d-（-1）,3. 4 ± 1. 5mg·d-（-1））,paliperidone（ 3 - 12mg·d-（-1）,7. 6 ± 3. 5mg·d-（-1））,ziprasidone（ 60 - 160mg·d-（-1）,102. 4 ± 44. 7mg·d-（-1）） respectively for eight weeks,and curative effect and safety were observed.Results The total efficiency rate of risperidone group,paliperidone group and ziprasidone group was 68. 0%,66. 7% and 69. 3% respectively,the effects of three antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenic patients had no significantly difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The score of CGI and PSP of each group was increased significantly.Conclusions Risperidone paliperidone and ziprasidone have similar efficiency in the treatment of schizophrenic patients,and the adverse reactions profiles is different.
