摘 要:目的:考查研究壮医通路酒传统及超声提取工艺。方法:基于壮医通路酒组方原则,以方中君药雷公藤主要指标成分雷公藤内酯醇含量、臣药三七主要指标成分三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和总固体含量作为指标,利用多指标综合评分法评价壮医通路酒传统及超声提取工艺条件,并进行对比。结果:传统工艺最优提取工艺为含醇量70%,粗颗粒,浸泡30 d,搅拌1次;超声提取工艺为含醇量50%白酒、制成粗粉、浸泡30 min、超声提取1 h。结论:两种提取工艺,都能保证制剂质量,同时超声提取工艺能缩短提取时间,节约成本。Objective:To investigate the pathway and ultrasonic extraction process of traditional Zhuang medicine wine. Methods: Wine formula principle based on Zhuang medicine pathways, the index were Israel tripterygium wilfordii lactone alcohol content of the main indicator elements in Leigongteng(Tripterygium wilfordii), the monarch drug, and panax notoginseng saponins R1, ginseng saponin Rg1 of the main indicator elements in Sanqi(notoginseng), ministerial drug, and total solid content; The multi-index comprehensive evaluation method was applied to investigate the orthogonal experiment optimization Zhuang medicine pathways and alcohol tradition and ultrasonic extraction process conditions, with comparison. Results: The traditional process, the optimal extraction technology for the alcohol content is 70%, coarse grain, soak 30 days,and mixed with 1 times; Ultrasonic extraction process for 50% liquor alcohol content, thick powder, immersion 30 minutes, and ultrasonic extraction 1 hour. Conclusion:The two extraction process can guarantee the quality of preparations, and ultrasonic extraction can shorten extraction and save costs at the same time.
