摘　　要：【目的】了解武警某医院护士生命质量现状,为改善护士生活状况提供科学依据。【方法】采用生命质量量表(SF-36),于2015年3月对武警某医院152名护士进行调查,SPSS软件进行统计处理。【结果】被调查者的生理维度评分为66.99±17.40,心理维度评分为56.77±17.66,总评分为61.88±16.29。婚姻情况、岗位性质、日均工作时间和居住情况是影响护士群体生命质量的主要因素。【结论】护士群体生命质量较低,且心理健康状况低于生理健康状况,应引起重视。【Objective】To investigate quality of life status quo of nurses in a PAPF hospital and provide scientific basis for improving their living conditions.【Methods】A total of 152 nurses in a PAPF hospital were investigated in March 2015 with the MOS 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey（SF-36）. The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS.【Results】The physical component summary（PCS）was（66.99±17.40）; the mental component summary（MCS） was（56.77±17.66）; the physical and mental component summary（PMCS）was（61.88±16.29）. The main factors influencing quality of life of nurses were as follows： marriage status, job nature, average daily working time and living situation.【Conclusion】Quality of life of nurses is low, and their physical health is better than their mental health. It should be taken into consideration seriously.
