摘　　要：目的观察预留扩张器后，扩张皮瓣预防颅骨修补材料外露的效果。方法自2010年3月至2014年3月，对6例颅骨缺损患者首先在颅骨缺损旁埋置扩张器，待皮肤充分扩张后，再行钛网修补缺损。结果6例患者术后随访1年，均愈合良好，无钛网外露。结论对颅骨缺损先行皮肤扩张，然后行颅骨修补术，是预防修补材料外露的有效方法。Objective To observe the effect of flap with preset expansion on prevention of the exposure of skull repair materials. Methods From March of 2010 to March of 2014, 6 patients with scull defects were implanted the skin expansion instrument around the skull defect firstly and then, skull defects were repaired by titanium net after complete expansion. Results All patients were followed up for 1 year, they were satisfied with good healing and no titanium exposure. Conclusion It is the effective method to prevent the exposure of skull repair material by the flap with preset expansion.
