葡萄糖酸钠对肉鸡屠宰性能及免疫性能的影响

摘  要:试验通过将葡萄糖酸钠添加到肉鸡饲料中,研究其对AA+肉鸡屠宰性能以及免疫性能的影响。试验选取AA+肉鸡1日龄健康肉鸡240只,随机分为A、B、C、D四个处理组,每组60只,组内6个重复,每个重复10只。试验分为试验前期(0~21日龄)、试验后期(22~42日龄)2个阶段。其中对照组(A组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组B、C、D组在基础日粮的基础上分别添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的葡萄糖酸钠。结果表明:在日粮中添加葡萄糖酸钠,21日龄精肉率,对照组(A组)与D组相比,差异显著(P〈0.05),且D组高于A组;42日龄精肉率,对照组(A组)与试验C组相比,差异显著(P〈0.05);在日粮中添加葡萄糖酸钠可以有效提高肉鸡脾脏系数,其中B组最高,且显著高于对照组(A组);在日粮中添加葡萄糖酸钠可以有效提高肉鸡脾脏中IL-2 m RNA的表达量,B组、C组、D组均高于A组,其中B组最高,显著高于对照组(A组)。由此可见,在日粮中添加葡萄糖酸钠可以改善肉鸡精肉率,提高屠宰性能;葡萄糖酸钠可以提高肉鸡的免疫性能,且日粮中添加0.1%葡萄糖酸钠效果最佳。Sodium gluconate was added in feed to study the effects on slaughter performance and im-mune function of broilers. Two hundred and forty one-year-old AA broiler chickens were divided into4 groups, that is group A, group B, group C, group D. There are 6 replicates in each group and 10 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet. For treatment group, sodium gluco-nate was supplemented in feed at 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3% of diet. There are two stages in the experiment, 0~21 days and 22~42 days. The result showed that compared with the control group, the treatment groupD were significantly improved(P0.05) on lean meat rate at 21 days of age and the treatment group Cwere significantly improved(P0.05) on lean meat rate 42 days of age. Sodium gluconate can improvespleen coefficient and AMPs on expression of IL-2 m RNA in spleen of broilers, and group B was sig-nificantly different than the control group(P0.05). In conclusion, the supplementation of sodium glu-conate can improve lean meat rate and immune function of broilers. And the group that added with0.1% sodium gluconate was the best.
